| We met Carol in her open house at the house we now live, her knowledge about homes and sincere attitude towards buyers gave us good impression. That was one of the factor we decided to buy the home. Unfortunately, because we were brought there by another realtor, and Carol was there only to help her colleague, she did not end up to be our agent. When we decided to sell our old house, we chose Carol to sell. That was a good decision we made!
